Andy Taylor - Owner/President
Andy was born in Decatur Georgia, raised in Lithonia, Georgia, and currently lives in Social Circle, Georgia. After graduating from Lithonia High School in 1983, he attended Dekalb College for one year, then moved to Georgia Southwestern College. There, he played baseball as a pitcher, president of Pi Kappa Phi pledge class, warden, and vice president of the fraternity. He also served on the IFC committee, Senator on the Student Government, and head of Public Relations for the college. He is happily married and is blessed with a daughter and son.
Since Andy turned 16, he always loved working outside cutting lawns. His small company was called Andy’s Lawn Service. Each summer, he gained more and more accounts so he decided to incorporate with the name A.R.T.- Scape, Inc. in 1988. With great employees and customers, Andy started Atlanta Turf Care in 2001, and Taylor’s Select Trees in 2003. Andy has served on the Rockdale County Extension office board of advisors, been an active member in the SNA, GALP, MALTA, and Urban Ag Council.
Barry Lee - General Manager
Barry was born, raised, and still lives in Covington, Georgia with his wife, Kristin. He is a member of Covington Christian Church and a proud Eagle Scout. Barry graduated from Newton High School in 1996 and studied at Georgia College and State University.
Barry joined ArtScape Lawn and Turf Professionals in 2005 as a service technician. He assumed the position of Turf Care Manager in 2009, and holds that title today. Barry is fully licensed for Lawn and Ornamentals by the Georgia Department of Agriculture and has required all technicians working for
